The company welcomes Michele Fumerton as Senior Lead, Media Services; and Paul McIntosh as Lead, Client Operations.

Michele Fumerton as Senior Lead, Media Services will lead campaign media strategies and planning, as well as spearhead innovative integrated media plans. Michele joins Omni Direct with over 20 years of brand and direct response media experience in both the Hispanic and general market. Prior to joining Omni Direct, Michele held various executive level positions where she led major media campaigns including: Save the Children, Hair Club for Men, Amnesty International, MetRx Vitamin Shoppe and many more.
Paul McIntosh joins Omni Direct as Lead, Client Operations. He is responsible for leading the implementation of back-end efficiencies and maximizing ROI of each campaign. Paul boasts extensive experience in U.S. Hispanic call center services and direct response implementation models. Prior to joining Omni Direct, Paul was the COO of Allegro call center and previous to that held management positions at Iceland Health, Nextel and West Teleservices.
